CAMPERLAB and Creative Director Achilles Ion Gabriel presented their Fall/Winter 2026 collection on January 22 at Maison de la Mutualité, an Art Deco theater in Paris's 5th arrondissement. The presentation centered on the polar winters of Lapland, drawing directly from Gabriel's childhood in Finland's far north.
The show placed audiences inside a blizzard environment. Around twenty wind-battered characters appeared on stage, cast through a mix of models, talent, and street casting selections. The staging created a solitary existence marked by harsh conditions and brief moments of clarity.
Characters appeared in two modes. Some wore simple clothing suited for gathering firewood and heating a cabin. Others carried equipment designed for surviving extended polar nights in sub-zero temperatures.
Silhouettes moved between reduced proportions and larger volumes. Destroyed finishes appeared throughout the collection, along with varied treatments and washes. The resulting pieces formed a personal collection with an almost accidental harmony.
The color palette built on cold, weathered tones. Browns, whites, grays, and light blues formed the base. Pink and petrol accents drew inspiration from the northern lights. Material selections included white leathers with aged ostrich embossing, heavy waxed cottons, long-pile wools, the brand's signature brush-off leathers, and a selection of CAMPERLAB printed denims in both special treatments and classic versions.
Footwear centered on TERROSO boots designed for whiteout conditions with stability features. ESCANDALO loafers and heeled boots offered elongated lines. CANICULA leather sneakers presented a raw experiment built on 3D-printed soles with interconnected cables.
Leather accessories saw the return of signature LAUKKU and LUNSSI bags in new compact versions. A new belt featured a large, distorted metal buckle.
Pandora's Jukebox composed an original soundscape for the show, deepening the cold atmosphere. The presentation closed with a live performance from Annahstasia (Enuke), whose dark, hypnotic voice accompanied the characters' exit from the scene.
The show also previewed a collaborative collection with RCD Mallorca, the football team representing Majorca. The ongoing partnership celebrates shared local heritage. The capsule introduces classic jersey elements, grass-stained denim jeans, and a traditional wool football scarf reinterpreted in a contemporary silk version.
Inge Grognard handled makeup. Louis Ghewy directed hair. Chouaïb Arif led casting. The production team combined theatrical staging with live performance to create an immersive presentation format.
The collection translates extreme weather survival into wearable pieces. Gabriel's personal history in Arctic regions informs the design language without romanticizing harsh climates. The destroyed finishes and weathered color treatments reflect actual wear patterns from cold-weather environments.
The TERROSO boot line addresses practical needs for winter stability. The CANICULA sneaker experiments with 3D-printed sole technology. Traditional accessories get compact updates for modern use.
The RCD Mallorca collaboration extends CAMPERLAB's approach to local partnerships. The grass-stained denim and silk scarf reinterpretation blend sport references with material experimentation.
The Maison de la Mutualité venue provided a theatrical setting for the blizzard staging. The Art Deco theater's architecture contrasted with the Arctic presentation theme, creating visual tension between architectural warmth and staged cold.
