SALOMON has launched its new XT-Whisper sneakers featuring the Gohar sisters as the faces of the campaign. Beyond activations during Milan Fashion Week for its loyal community, the brand has chosen Laila, Nadia, and Janna Gohar to front the "Whisper – Sisters!" advertisement.
The Egyptian-born sisters, known for their distinctive tableware brand that blends traditional elements with modern design, appear in campaign images set within a New York library. This setting cleverly plays on the "whisper" concept behind the shoe's name, utilizing a space where silence—or whispering—is required.
The XT-Whisper builds on the heritage of the XT Hawk trail running model but responds to market demand for women-specific footwear. SALOMON has adapted its technical style from traditionally masculine, bold characteristics to softer, more delicate aesthetics, broadening its appeal across gender lines without sacrificing performance.
The shoe features provocative textures and overlapping details, with high-end finishes including a distinctive wavy Sensifit application and Quicklace fastening system that allows for instant fit adjustment that stays secure throughout the day.
