UNIQLO and JW Anderson will release their Fall/Winter 2026 collection on October 15. The season draws on theater and academic culture. The lineup has 29 pieces: 13 womenswear, 12 menswear and four accessories. Vintage details sit alongside cold-weather function, and the proportions stay modern.
Outerwear comes first, with shorter lengths across the key jackets. The genderless Short Blouson has a cropped body, a relaxed fit, and a gathered hem and cuffs. The jacket comes in deep burgundy. The women’s Padded Short Jacket has a boxy charcoal shape, padding and oversized flap pockets.
Layering pieces follow. Men get a Windproof Fleece Jacket, and women get a Fleece Short Blouson. The women’s Pleated Skirt has an asymmetric cut and gives you a dressier option next to the outerwear.
Knitwear carries most of the academic references. The Lambswool Fair Isle Crew Neck Sweater has an oatmeal base with red and pale blue motifs. V-neck sweaters and crew neck vests come in several colorways and patterns. The Flannel Boxy Shirt has a cream and black check, a cropped cut and an open collar. Straight Work Pants and faded, distressed Straight Jeans complete the looks with straight-leg cuts.
Jonathan Anderson described the season in a statement as an overlap of theater and academic culture. He said the collection builds on traditional styles and adds color, pattern and function for a range of everyday settings.
The four accessories follow the same direction. You get a ribbed Wool Cashmere Beanie in forest green, a navy Wool Cashmere Stole striped in red and light blue, and a navy Shoulder Bag. HEATTECH Socks come in argyle, stripes and two-tone colorblocking.
The collection will go on sale on October 15 at 15 UNIQLO stores in the US and online at uniqlo.com.
