Burberry released its festive campaign, "Wrapped in Burberry: Celebrating 170 Years", on 3 November in London. The holiday film is directed by Harmony Korine and set at Longleat House in Wiltshire, the historic seat of the Marquess of Bath. Pierce Brosnan and Fiona Shaw host a Christmas gathering whose guests include Cara Delevingne, Dylan Brosnan, Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union, Kim Min-ha, Nico Parker and Wu Lei.
Inside the Burberry festive campaign film
Korine turns the idea of a British country-house Christmas into a party that slowly gets louder. Guests arrive in golf buggies, board games turn into a gift exchange, and the quiet evening ends on the dance floor, where Brosnan joins in to Sylvester and Patrick Cowley's "Do You Wanna Funk?". Emma Thynn, Marchioness of Bath, makes a special appearance in her own house.
"We wanted to celebrate 170 years of Burberry with a proper party. Family, friends, great gifts and everyone dressed up", said Daniel Lee, chief creative officer of Burberry.
The film closes a year of anniversary projects for the house, founded in 1856. In September, Lee's Winter 2026 campaign put FKA twigs and Romeo Beckham along the River Thames, and on 5 November Palace opened its new Soho store with a ten-piece Burberry Check capsule.
The cashmere gifts
Cashmere is at the centre of the gift selection. The Kensington trench coat is made in lightweight brushed cashmere and comes in ivory white, black, navy, camel and bouquet pink. Next to it are rainwear-inspired cashmere capes with shearling collars, belted and leather-trimmed styles, and sweaters with tonal elbow patches and small Knight embroidery.
The House Check cashmere scarf is made in Scotland with traditional techniques and comes in more than 40 colours, including the new Blackwatch Check, based on a historic tartan. Cashmere-blend beanies, gloves and socks complete the range.
Bags, kids and the first Smythson collaboration
The Horseshoe bag arrives in check bouclé, alongside velvet vanity cases and Check bags in archive beige and chocolate brown. For men there are City Check bags, wallets and a briefcase in iron grey. The childrenswear line has small versions of the gabardine trench and down puffer jackets, plus cashmere and wool knits with checks and argyle reworked with love hearts in candy colours. Even dogs get check sweaters, bandanas and a blanket with a playful Burberry Knight.
The season also brings Burberry's first collaboration with Smythson: travel notebooks and folding chess and backgammon sets, handmade in England in leather, in archive beige, currant red, black and forest green.
Windows, personalisation and the Cashmere Shop
In Burberry stores, the windows recreate a British country house with check curtains, oversized books, upholstered armchairs, Christmas trees and Thomas Bears. A dedicated Cashmere Shop area gathers the scarves, knitwear and outerwear. Selected pieces, including scarves and cashmere sweaters, can be embroidered for free with up to five initials or symbols, and gifts are wrapped at no cost in Burberry boxes or, for scarves, in a new scarf tube.
