The building previously served as a 1960s showroom for Jannelli & Volpi. This specific Italian brand earned global recognition for their distinct wallpaper collections. Alex Meitlis designed the property according to a complete design project philosophy. Meitlis graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Art & Design in Jerusalem during 1984. He then continued his architectural studies at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London. You see custom-made furniture and unique lighting fixtures throughout the premises. Black terrazzo floors and polished walnut wood define the interior visual theme. Large windows and private balconies provide clear views of the surrounding urban environment.
