Acqua di Parma sets its Holiday 2026 collection in the Grand Hotel Sprezzatura, a fictional alpine hotel designed with Italian artist Agostino Iacurci. The house marks its 110th anniversary this year. Iacurci took cues from the Dolomites and from sprezzatura, the Italian term for making effort look natural. UNESCO inscribed the Dolomites on the World Heritage List in 2009.
Iacurci builds the hotel’s guests from Commedia dell’Arte characters and the modular shapes of Tangram puzzles. His illustrations combine building facades, mountain silhouettes, masks and human figures. Yellows, oranges, blues and earth tones run across the packaging.
The core of the range is a set of Masterpiece objects named Alfredo, Clementina and Tobia, after the hotel’s characters. Each piece is made and painted by hand in Tuscany. The set includes refillable fragrance bottles, candles and diffusers in ceramic. Every edition is limited to 200 pieces and carries Iacurci’s signature next to the Maison’s name.
The wider range adds home fragrances in Bosco, Panettone and Torrone. Candles and diffusers come in decorated glass with distressed gold leaf. Colonia Il Profumo, Buongiorno and Zafferano get Designer Edition packaging. The Advent Calendar takes the form of a miniature hotel, built from stacked cylinders with opening windows and illustrations of snowy trees, alpine views and hotel guests. Gift sets cover the Colonia, Blu Mediterraneo, Buongiorno and Signatures of the Sun lines.
Two Italian-made objects join the Art of Living line. The Olé Pocket Comb & Mirror combines tortoiseshell resin parts with a tan calfskin charm and a yellow resin sphere. The Decidi Tu Polyhedric Glass Object uses mouth-blown borosilicate glass and holds stick candles, matches or diffuser reeds.
Prices start at $65 (about €57) for the 70-gram Bosco Candle and reach $1,022 (about €900) for the Advent Calendar. You find the collection in Acqua di Parma boutiques and on the official website.
