Tommy Hilfiger and Hiroshi Fujiwara’s studio FRGMT release a joint capsule today, October 15, 2026. The limited-edition collection is on sale worldwide in select Tommy Hilfiger stores and on tommy.com. The brand frames the project as a meeting of New York and Tokyo.
The pieces rework 1990s styles from the brand in a light blue palette. In the lineup you find the rugby shirt, button-down shirt, varsity jacket, chino and field jacket. Archival items include the Regatta jacket, sailing polo and duffel bag. FRGMT adds thunderbolt graphics and polka dots, and the Tommy Flag appears in light blue. Fabrics include soft flannel check shirting, dry cotton jersey, washed nylon and heavyweight cotton twill.
Music and street culture sit behind the project. Hilfiger traces his own interest to People’s Place, the store he opened at 18, where young people came to find style, listen to records and connect. “I’ve always been inspired by bringing different worlds together”, said Tommy Hilfiger.
Fujiwara founded FRGMT, a Tokyo-rooted studio active since 1993. He describes his own route in his words: “I was into the punk music scene and London culture during my teenage years, and I was always curious about what the artists were wearing.” A later trip to New York introduced him to hip-hop. In the 1990s he saw many hip-hop artists wear Tommy Hilfiger in their own way, and he says this stayed with him.
The campaign film draws on New York street culture. Fast-paced and made for social media, the video moves through the city and shows skating, with familiar Tommy Hilfiger codes set alongside FRGMT’s approach.
Tommy Hilfiger started in New York City in 1985 and belongs to PVH Corp. Earlier collaborations include Patta, Aries and CLOT.
