Before launching her independent venture, Rogge completed her education at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. She then spent seven years working as a designer for Marc Jacobs in New York from 2008 to 2015, followed by a period in the design office of Dries Van Noten after returning to Belgium.
According to Stefano Rosso, CEO of Marni, the selection process involved evaluating numerous qualified candidates from around the world. The company was particularly impressed by Rogge's interpretation of the brand's core identity and her comprehensive vision that extends beyond clothing to encompass accessories, interior design, communications, and special projects.
Rogge's work has received industry recognition through several awards and nominations. She won the Andam Prize this year and was named a finalist for both the LVMH Prize and the Woolmark Prize. Her designs are characterized by bold use of color and distinctive print work.
