The schedule began on June 27 and June 28 with Taqueria Los Güeros bringing Mexican street food dishes. Bang Bang 187 took control of the kitchen on July 3 and July 4. Sichuan Territory brought Chinese regional recipes on July 16. Santo Amsterdam managed food service from July 23 to July 25.
August programming brings collaborative efforts and specialized menus to your table. Butterboy collaborates with Sebonsa Amsterdam on August 14 and August 15. Stacks Diner delivers American comfort classics on August 22. Chef Tim van der Molen from Nikotin presents a dedicated menu on August 28 and August 29. The entire seasonal pop-up series concludes on September 6 with a takeover by CHIBI CHIBI.
