POST ARCHIVE FACTION

Summary:

  • POST ARCHIVE FACTION releases the brand's first independent footwear silhouette for FW26.
  • The shoe features an Italian calf leather upper with laser-cut petal slits for variable lacing.
  • A Vibram MC2 Road Running sole provides stability across different terrains.

Following previous footwear projects alongside running brand On, South Korean label POST ARCHIVE FACTION presents the brand's first independently produced sneaker. The company debuted the Petal Trainers at the Fall/Winter 2026 Paris Fashion Week presentation. This release marks an official entry into the standalone lifestyle footwear market.

The design team constructs the upper from premium Italian calf leather. Consistent with the label's signature technical apparel, the shoe features precise laser-cut slits shaped like flower petals. These structural cutouts offer a clear functional advantage. You weave the textured bubble shoelaces directly through the gaps to build multiple personalized lacing configurations. This modular approach allows you to adjust the fit and visual profile according to your preferences. A draped tongue covers the instep, while a breathable mesh lining regulates temperature during extended wear.

Below the leather upper sits a Vibram MC2 Road Running sole. The engineering of this 35mm sole unit provides you with consistent traction and shock absorption across hard concrete surfaces. The sturdy rubber and EVA composition ensures long-lasting durability for daily city walking.

The retail price stands at $570, or approximately €515. Buyers select from four distinct colorways. The current lineup includes Black, Brown, White, and Malva Grey. The muted palette aligns directly with the broader aesthetic language of the FW26 collection.

You secure your pair via the official POST ARCHIVE FACTION online shop. Physical flagship stores hold inventory for in-person fittings. Selected global retail partners will release additional stock over the coming weeks.
