Summary:

  • IICOMBINED opened HAUS NOWHERE SEOUL as both retail space and company headquarters in September 2025
  • The three-floor space houses five brands: GENTLE MONSTER, TAMBURINS, ATiiSSU, NUDAKE, and new brand Nuflaat
  • Features include TAMBURINS' AI photo experience, ATiiSSU's second store, NUDAKE TEAHOUSE, and Max Siedentopf art installation

IICOMBINED launched HAUS NOWHERE SEOUL in September 2025. The company positions the location as both retail space and new headquarters for its brand portfolio.

The three-floor building operates on the concept of "a space found nowhere." This approach moves away from traditional retail formats. Five brands share the space: GENTLE MONSTER, TAMBURINS, ATiiSSU, NUDAKE, and the newly introduced Nuflaat.

TAMBURINS unveiled its "Sunshine" collection at the location. Visitors access the Sunshine AI Twin Look photo experience. This feature creates matching outfits for customers interacting with the perfume collection.

ATiiSSU opened its second store within HAUS NOWHERE SEOUL. The brand launched its Tracker Collection headwear line at this location. The store adds to ATiiSSU's retail presence in Seoul.

Tableware brand Nuflaat makes its debut at the space. The brand combines fashion elements with functional objects. Nuflaat products blur the line between decorative items and practical tableware.

NUDAKE operates NUDAKE TEAHOUSE within the building. The teahouse serves Scented Tea alongside desserts. This concept expands NUDAKE beyond its traditional product categories.

Artist Max Siedentopf created the "More Is More" installation for the space. The installation transforms one room into what designers call a "breathing landscape." Black plastic bags fill the room alongside a hyperrealistic animatronic figure of an elderly man.

The Seoul location serves as IICOMBINED's headquarters while functioning as a retail destination. The building demonstrates the company's approach to combining different brand experiences under one roof.

HAUS NOWHERE SEOUL is located on Ttukseom-ro, 433 in South Korea. The space represents IICOMBINED's expansion of its retail concept beyond individual brand stores.
