A new chapter in Travis Scott's collaboration with Nike is unfolding as the sportswear giant releases official images of the Zoom Field Jaxx "Leche Blue" ahead of its May 16 launch date.
The hybrid sneaker, which was initially referred to as the Sharkidon, represents Scott's first venture into Nike's baseball category. The design combines elements from the Zoom Spiridon running shoe and the Land Shark baseball cleat, creating a distinctive silhouette that stands out in Scott's growing lineup of Nike collaborations.
Unlike his previous Nike projects, the Zoom Field Jaxx notably omits Scott's signature reversed Swoosh design. Instead, the shoe features his recognizable Cactus Jack "smiley face" logo on the heel, maintaining his personal branding in a more subtle manner.
The "Leche Blue" colorway presents a soft blue foundation complemented by beige overlays and chocolate brown accents on the collar, Swooshes, tongue, and sole. This earthy-yet-cool color palette continues Scott's preference for muted tones while introducing new combinations to his collaborative portfolio.
Scott's connection to baseball extends beyond footwear design. The Houston native is a well-known Houston Astros supporter, having attended their World Series runs in both 2017 and 2022. This connection was further highlighted in a recent Nike promotional video where Scott, wearing the Field Jaxx, takes a swing at a Cactus Jack-branded baseball.
The sneaker first appeared last July through a limited 200-pair surprise release during the MLB All-Star Game's Home Run Derby. Now preparing for its wider release, the Zoom Field Jaxx "Leche Blue" will be available through Nike SNKRS and select retailers at $170 USD.

This release continues Scott's expanding footwear portfolio with Nike, which now includes not only his popular Air Jordan 1 Low OG collaborations but also two signature models: the Jordan Jumpman Jack and the Nike Zoom Field Jaxx.
Previous previews of the "Leche Blue" colorway have generated significant interest among sneaker enthusiasts, with on-foot images revealing how the blue and brown tones complement each other in everyday wear. The forefoot strap—a distinctive design element of the Field Jaxx—adds both functional and aesthetic dimensions to the shoe.
As Travis Scott further solidifies his position in sneaker culture, the Zoom Field Jaxx represents an evolution in his collaborative approach, branching into sport-specific categories while maintaining the aesthetic sensibilities that have defined his previous releases.
