1. Introduce Yourself to the Casawi Community: What drives you? What's your artistic vision, and what sets you apart from the crowd?
My name is Peterblue, I'm a 23 Colombian boy living in Barcelona spreading latin energy, raw and unilfetered. New sounds, no rules, no boxes, no limits. I’m what you don’t expect and what you didn’t know you needed. I’m not one thing, I’m not one sound. I like to move between worlds, fast, emotional, intense, always evolving, never repeating.
What drives me is staying true to my message, especially to my roots. Over time, that consistency has led to strong, meaningful results. I think what sets me apart is that everything has been genuine from the very beginning. It’s not a persona, it’s identity. My artistic vision is to create music that feels real, that connects with people, and that represents where I come from without compromise.
2. City Inspirations: How has your city influenced your artistic path? Share how its streets, culture, and energy have molded your work.
More than a specific city, what defines my sound is the environment I grew up in. I come from a place without pretension, and that shows in my music. It is honest, direct, and built to connect with people. It does not chase validation, it simply speaks through authenticity.
3. Creative Process: What fuels your creativity? Whether it's a ritual, a muse, or a moment of clarity, we're keen to learn.
Living is my greatest source of inspiration. Every experience adds something, every moment can become an idea, a sound, or a story. That is where my music comes from, from what happens to me and how I transform it into something people can feel.
4. City Lifestyle and Art: How the places you lived influenced your career and work?
Every place I have lived has shaped me in a different way. Buenos Aires taught me a unique approach to mixing, Bogotá is the core of my identity, and Barcelona is pure momentum, a city that constantly pushes me to think bigger and aim higher.
5. Latest or Upcoming Projects: Give us a glimpse into your current endeavors and what lies ahead on your creative journey.
Right now, my focus is on constant evolution. I am working on taking my sound to a global, competitive level without losing its essence. My goal is to position electronic music with a strong Latin identity on the stage it truly deserves. There is a lot of new music coming, along with live concepts designed to elevate the overall experience.
