The XT-EVO silhouette builds directly on the technical legacy of Salomon mountain footwear. Salomon engineers combined the signature sole unit of the popular XT-6 runner with an entirely original upper design. The bottom tooling retains the Agile Chassis System for foot stability alongside a high-traction Contagrip rubber outsole. You get proven trail performance with structural support built for urban environments.

The top construction introduces heavy TPU protective paneling wrapping around the lower foot. Sharp molded plastic lines curve across the sides, over a breathable diamond-patterned mesh base. This grid underlay allows air circulation through the upper during extended wear. Salomon integrated their signature Quicklace pull-lacing system, shifting the lacing structure slightly toward the midfoot area for a snug fit.

You have two initial color choices for this launch. The first version features a black mesh base with vivid yellow exterior molding, plus blue and red accents along the lining and outsole. The second version offers a grey and purple arrangement for a muted visual approach. Kith sets the retail price at €205 per pair.

This project follows previous joint efforts between Kith founder Ronnie Fieg and the French sportswear brand. The partners previously introduced the XT-Voyager model in late 2024 and expanded the line in early 2025.
